Florida HOA boards
Manuals
Board Docket is Florida HOA board correspondence software. It keeps one association-owned record per matter so directors may communicate electronically, prepare a consent agenda, and record Adopted or Not adopted only after a noticed meeting. It is not an electronic vote, not legal advice, and not HOA management software.
Hand the book that matches how the person signs in. These PDFs are the same files opened from signed-in More. The Counsel Manual is for association counsel listed on a closed session. The governance handout is for operational planning with counsel. It is not legal advice and not a statute library.

Florida HOA governance handout
A Board and management-company reference for operational planning with Board Docket. It helps identify who has authority to act, what process is required, what record should be retained, and what action follows. It is not legal advice.
