    The current landscape contract ends May 31. I am drafting an RFP for annual maintenance: mow, beds, mulch, and an irrigation check. Comment on scope before I send it out.

    Two bids are in. Harbor declined. Greenfield is $6,200 for the year. Oak & Pine came in at $7,150 with a wider mulch spec. Both bids are attached.
